• Our City is being awarded as the healthiest City

• The struggle for the healthiest city started 20 years
  before

• Several field were selected for improvement

  – Initial Conditions (Air Pollution 70.83 AQI, Water Pollution 68.75 WQI)
  – Presently Air Pollution below 25 AQI, Water Pollution below 22
   Processes:
  – Govt. and Private Collaboration (New Laws and Application)
  – Advance Technologies (Reuse materials, Industrial Filtration tech.)
  – Green Roofs
     (More than 35% of City is Green)
  – Sustainable Water System
     (Filtering and Reuse)
  – CO2 reduction technique
Transportation
• Major cause of air and Noise pollution
• Congested roads and Heavy traffic in Past
 Processes
• Metro Service

• Use of Electrical driven vehicles

• Underground Roads

• Pollution absorbing roads

• Heavy taxation on fossil fuel
Waste Control
• Waste control serious issue
• Large Landfills around the city, waste density was about 102.3kg/m 3
