Vic has enjoyed careers in Engineering, Diving, Submersibles, Project Management, Organisational Development,
Management Training, Consultancy, Career Development an International Trade, in over thirty countries. He has
consulted to several hundred organisations and handcrafted well in excess of 2,000 CVs / Resumes in over twenty
years in Career Counselling. Initially at Group Accord as a Career Counsellor / Outplacement Advisor; headhunted to
join Right Management Consultants as Director – Aberdeen, for two years, he then moved Drake, Beam, Morin – the
inventors of Outplacement (Career Counselling for Senior Managers) in New York, progressing to Managing
Consultant of their Aberdeen Office for over six years. Vic’s practice is founded upon earlier careers with Shell, Exxon,
Vickers Oceanics, 2W Diving, Hawker Siddeley, ABB., ASCo., Seatech, UKTI., SEN., and SDI., as well as a number of his
own ventures. Using well researched and established techniques, Vic holds a 100% success rate with clients ranging
from front line operatives to CEOs and Chairmen.
