Consulting Point is an executive search and selection firm dedicated to recruitment in Business
Information Management (BIM). Our clients include many of the world‟s leading IT consultancies and
leading end-user organisations across the EMEA region.

Consulting Point‟s BIM team is expanding. We already have extensive experience in the area of
recruitment along with strong networks as an organisation run by former management consultants. Prior
to recruitment, members of our team have been consultants working for companies such as; PwC
Consulting, KPMG Consulting, A.T. Kearney, Accenture, Deloitte. Our BIM team is divided into BI, ECM
and CRM.

Our ‘quality over quantity’ and consultative approach to BIM recruitment is confirmed by our award

Contingency Recruitment
This is the mainstay of our business and is the most effective recruitment methodology when proactively acquiring
new skill-sets and experience. We work on a NO WIN - NO FEE basis. You pay nothing until a resource is part of your
organisation. We use a number of creative techniques to source you the right candidate to not only meet the needs of
the role but to also help you achieve future growth targets and fit into the culture of your department and organisation.

Retained Search
Our team of experienced search consultants all work within specialist niche markets, supported by assiduous research
and analysis from our dedicated team of resourcers. All candidates are met where possible, profiled and screened
according to stringent criteria set by the client and, once approved, are presented to the client in the form of a shortlist
representing the best talent available.

Temporary Contract/Interim Recruitment
Most employers have yet to discover interim or temporary recruitment, and the very real benefits to be gained from the
appropriate use of specialist Temporary or Interim staff. Candidates can be in place and working effectively as quickly
as one or two days from your initial request. Interim staff often prove to be the most effective way of filling unexpected
vacancies which cannot be completed with existing staff, or to cover maternity leave, holiday cover, long-term sickness
and when existing staff are allocated to more critical tasks and replacement resource is required. In certain
circumstances an employer may want to offer a contractor a permanent position after they have completed their initial
contract.
