27. What does it all mean for me? Review your Website, stay ahead of the competition HOME BASE of web operations Ask yourself questions: Is my site highly usable? Did I ask my customers what they thought of the site? Do I ever update my content? Will it work on mobile? Continue to tie in social networking, email marketing, and traditional marketing methods Most importantly, have the BEST site in your industry!
