2. Teacher Information
• Passwords are confidential! Sharing your
passwords is not recommended
• If you must log out before you complete the
assessment the system will save the
answers you have already selected.
• Only the District, Campus, and Help Desk
Administrators can see user names.
• Your scores on the Teacher Survey are
confidential; you can print your survey if you
would like to have a copy for your records.
• The STaR Chart survey will assist our
district in making plans for future technology
plans and staff development.

3. Principals…
will not see individual scores.
will see an average of all teacher scores on their
campus.
will use the campus average to assist with the
completion of the Campus STaR Chart.
will complete the Campus STaR Chart by January
6, 2014.
