Student self-governance Prior to 2005, the representatives of students participated through the SC in the elections of various officials of the HEI, although their participation was often of a symbolic nature Nowadays At the end of 2005, when the aforementioned laws were implemented, granting to students 25% of the seats in the governing councils of HEIs, the role and significance of SCs grew considerably

All-Armenian youth foundation (AAYF) Was created in 1998 Is non-profit, non-member organization Is based on voluntary financial investments of its founders Is aimed at the improvement of educational, scientific, cultural, social situation in Youth Field It functions according to the principles of National, legislative and Right equality During the whole period of its activity AAYF has implemented projects with total budget of 400 million AMD
