Preconditions
1. The applicant is a resident of the barangay.
2. Barangay secretary is available/present.
Main Success Scenario
1. Applicant goes to the Barangay hall.
2. Applicant applies for Barangay Clearance.
3. Barangay Secretary asks for the requirements needed to the get the
barangay clearance.
4. Applicant submits the requirements needed.
5. Barangay secretary fives form to fill up to get the barangay
clearance.
6. Applicant fills out the form and submit it.
7. Barangay secretary asks for payment.
