This document discusses constructors and methods in classes. It defines public and private as public being accessible by any class and private only being accessible within the same class. It also defines a constructor as a method that runs immediately after object creation, has the same name as the class, and can initialize attributes. An example constructor is provided that initializes empty string values for attributes upon object creation of the Vendedor class.
