The Georgia State Bookstore is the official headquarters for textbooks, class supplies, University licensed insignia merchandise, gift items, general books, computers, software Graduation Regalia and Photography, accessories and snacks. The convenient one stop shopping facility provides numerous advantages for students, faculty, and staff on the go.”  Company Overview
My objective is to convince Georgia State University to allow the book store to communicate to the study body through twitter.  Objective
Georgia State has a student body>40,000, 28,000 are on campus each semester. Buying Books Long lines Sell Books Back  Rationale
Twitter has become one of the biggest social media sites 65 million tweets, over 800,000 inquires, and a lot of Georgia State users Twitter beneficial for both Rationale Continued
Pros and Cons Pros Cons Smaller staff Inventory Turnover Happier Customers Easy to use Train Employes
Facebook People can join the group Mass messages can be sent out Reach the same amount of people Same satisfaction Alternatives
Argument #1 Most Companies have Twitter Argument/Support
