7. Art Career
I am a Mixed Media Artist
specializing in social issues, with
three solo exhibitions and six
group exhibitions in her career
My art has been recognized twice in the Redoubt
Reporter for excellent artwork, and was featured at
the Kenai Visitor and Cultural Center as an “Up and
Coming” artist of the community. I have also
received “Best Student Artwork”, and “Juror’s
Choice” in two different shows at the UAA Student
Union Gallery

9. Personal Interests
Besides my love for art, I love baking
and traveling.
I have traveled all over the world with school and
humanitarian work. Most recently I spent seven months
in South Africa and Sierra Leone with Mercy Ships.
While there I cooked, cleaned, painted, gave tours, and
even assisted in the dental clinic and helped pull out
some teeth!
