God's Spirit was present at creation and is the source of all physical and spiritual life. The Spirit breathed life into Adam and continues to sustain our lives, giving us understanding and the ability to be creative. God's Spirit can refresh and renew our lives by offering a spiritual rebirth and transformation as we mature in character through His guidance.
