The Children’s Services Council of Broward County is proud to fund 12 Youth FORCE (Friends, Opportunities, Resources, Counseling, Education) programs that target more than 1,000 students at 21 school and community sites. These programs provide at-risk middle school students with year-round services designed to improve self-esteem, develop skills, and increase access to community resources in order to promote success. Youth FORCE Target Population

– poor school performance
– delinquency
– history of abuse/neglect
– low-income
– residence in a high crime area
– history of substance abuse or behavioral health
issues
