2. Dr. Greg Frokjer is a respected medical
professional who gives time and attention to
the community. He has played an important
role in several community projects such as
Community Violence Intervention Center in
Grand Forks and the Empire Theater of Arts in
Grand Forks. He also did free volunteer
surgery for the Grand Forks Mission for
homeless.
3. He is a member of several professional
organizations such as American Dental
Association, American Association of Oral
and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and International
Congress of Oral Implantologists. He has co-
authored several publications such as TMJ
Arthroplasty – An Outpatient Procedure, Soft
Tissue Mass of Posterior Pharyngeal Wall
and A Simplified Technique of Rigid Fixation
Following Sagittal Split Osteotomy and
Postanesthetic TMJ Dysfunction.
4. In his long and successful career, Dr. Greg
Frokjer has treated over 80,000 patients and
has done over 2,000 major hospital cases.
He saw 60-70 patients and did 15-20
surgeries in a routine day. He has
administered over 50,000 general or IV
anesthetics. He trained at a Level I Trauma
Center and specialized in facial trauma, facial
reconstruction, and temporal mandibular joint
surgery.
5. Dr. Frokjer is a seasoned open water ocean
free diver. He owns and operates an
excavation business and has a Class A CDL
with a perfect driving record. He has operated
heavy equipment for over 35 years and has
25 years of experience in gold prospecting
and mining. He raced late model dirt track
cars from 1996-2003 and was also the
President of the Northern Late Model Racing
Association.
