How it works... 2 1 Mr. Debock,  HR manager , is urgently looking for a senior product manager. He posts a job ad on Xpertize.be for free. Xpertize.be sends a mail to its network of 4.300 qualified  Connectors  and Candidates. A  Reward  of 2.000 € is offered for successful referral.  3 4 5 Jeroen gets Xpertize’s e-mail and  refers  the job to his network. Valérie receives Jeroen’s e-mail, and also chooses to  refer  the job as Connector of Xpertize. Marc receives Valérie’s e-mail, expresses interest in the job and is  hired !
