Since childhood I have longed to travel the world to report on issues like poverty and genocide. Yet it was only recently that I realized that the peace and hospitality of my small town is unlike any other, making it incomparable to any other city.

Obviously, anytime you go on a diet, you stand a good chance of lowering your blood pressure, cholesterol level and risk of diabetes and other health woes, and all that can translate into extra years. So what are the CALERIE folks bringing to the table that’s new?
