Rod Robinson, Sourcing & Procurement Practice Leader
Mr. Robinson has nearly 20 years of strategic sourcing, finance, and operations
expertise within the telecommunications, manufacturing, distribution/transportation and
service industries. Prior to co-founding Accel, he held various finance and operations
leadership roles at Cincinnati Bell including Group Controller and Chief Procurement
Officer. At Cincinnati Bell, Mr. Robinson and his team were responsible for driving
over $14 million in annual purchasing cost reductions along with a 42% increase in
spend with diverse suppliers.
Prior to joining Cincinnati Bell, Mr. Robinson was a management consultant with AT
Kearney, Accenture, and Diamond Management & Technology Consultants where he
was a supply chain practice leader and sourcing subject matter expert. During his
consulting career, Mr. Robinson was involved in strategic sourcing and operations
improvement initiatives that resulted in more than $1 billion in savings delivered to his
Fortune 500 clients.
Mr. Robinson earned his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of
Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the West Virginia
University Institute of Technology.
He earned his CPA credentials as an auditor with Deloitte & Touché.

Keith Satterwhite, Sourcing & Procurement SME
Mr. Satterwhite is an experienced sourcing & supply chain executive with more than
twenty years of leadership in both consulting and industry. He has a strong track record
of implementing world class business performance strategies for clients in the Utilities,
Chemicals/Process, Pharmaceuticals, and Telecommunications industries. Skilled in
cross supply chain integration and re-engineering, inventory management, product
fulfillment, strategic sourcing, financial analysis, and strategy development. He is a
team oriented, creative problem solver with a record of leadership and results delivery.
Prior to joining Accel, Mr. Satterwhite was a senior manager with Accenture, where he
led business development and program delivery efforts for major clients including
Southern Company, General Electric Company, and American Electric Power.
Additionally, he was responsible for generating over $15 million in client revenues and
developing Accenture’s global procurement and strategic sourcing methodology training
as well as people development and community leadership within a 125-person practice.
Mr. Satterwhite earned both an MBA degree and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical
Engineering from Carnegie Mellon.
