Kognitio is a fully-functional, fully parallelized mature analytical platform which has now been evolved specifically for #Hadoop. For years, Kognitio has been developing parallel SQL which means that Kognitio is a full ANSI SQL solution, giving great flexibility and maturity over other SQL engines. SQL is an incredibly complex standard. It's difficult enough to implement on a serial platform, but to implement it in parallel is mind-boggingly difficult.
