130. Instructional Designers have been referred to as industrial designers or instructional/educational technologists, curriculum developers, as well as learning specialists. In 1997, Ganzel stated that for some people, the title "instructional designer" does not say enough. Many instructional designers are also multimedia producers, webmasters, and developers of online learning and interactions. This means that different computer programming languages may be utilized to create tools for instruction and evaluation of instruction. Depending on the job at hand an instructional designer may wear many hats.
