2. Description The weight for males is 500 to 900 pounds with extremely large indivuals weighing as much 1,400 pounds. A female weighs 3 quarters as much. When it stands on its hind legs its length is about 9 feet tall. The bears colors are black, brown and white. The body covering is fury or hairy. The bear is warm blooded.

3. Habitat Bears travel in packs. Bears live in dens. The bear hibernates.

4. Food The bear eats lots of fish. Bears are carnivores, because they eat meat.

5. Protection The bear protects itself by fighting back at its enemies.

6. Unique characteristics Bears have 5 cubs or babies. The young are called cubs.

7. Problems Bears are not endangered. The reason is that they have cubs all over the world so that’s why there not endangered.

8. Conclusion What I liked about my PowerPoint about bears is that I learned a lot about bears and facts about bears. What I liked about bears is that they are not endangered.
