RESERVE SERENITY CHARDONNAY 2013
This wine has a pale straw colour. The aromas on the nose are alive with citrus and fragrant
orange blossom characters accompanied by lightly toasted brioche
and hints of vanilla and almonds. The palate shows wonderful
minerality with white peach flavours adding to the complexity. The
mouthfeel is round but fresh due to the natural acidity.
RESERVE RED ROCK 2011
This blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc has a crimson core with a
brick red rim. The nose is restrained and typically Bordeaux with
dusty and earthy tones, masking the red and dark berried fruits
that you will discover while the wine sits and mulls in your glass.
Medium bodied and lovely with velvety tannins and a great length.
RESERVE BLACK EAGLE 2008
This Shiraz based blend has a deep dark colour. Savoury notes of
leather tobacco and spice dominates the bouquet while plum and
cassis flavours joins on the palate. This is a typical old world style
wine with a concentrated centre but also a classic elegance. The
wine is broad and juicy well integrated oak and a firm but
restrained tannin structure. Decant before serving to let it breathe
(1-2hours).
