2. Work Experience:
From1996. to 2014 . I worked in the Veterinary Station “Loznica” as
a graduate veterinarian.
By working in this institution I got experience in various positions within
the veterinary proffesion. Veterinary Station "Loznica " in those years,
covered 54 villages with activities prescribed by the Ministry of
Agriculture.I was actually involved in this tasks (taking blood samples for
examination on cattle leukosis and brucellosis, taking blood samples of
sheep and goats for examination on brucellosis , vaccination of pigs
against classicalswinefever, vaccination of poultry againstNewcastle
disease, vaccination of dogs and cats againstrabies).
Besides these activities I had some other tasks, such as:
- Examination and treatment of small and large animals in the field and in
the clinic
- Surgical procedures with various degrees of complexity
- Obstetrics intervention (assistanceatparturition by manual or surgical
method)
- Examination of pig meet for presenceof trichinella spiralis with
compressivemethod and the method of artificial digestion,
- Sales veterinary drugs with advice in a veterinary pharmacy within the
veterinary station
- Ordering veterinary drugs and equipment for the employees needs
- Marking dogs and cats with microchip and their evidention in a central
database,
- Work on the marking of cattle, pigs and sheep and inserting data into a
central database.
- Issuanceof various certificates,
Since 2008 working in neutering of stray dogs by the CNR program, and care
for dogs in a shelter in Loznica
This includes tasks:
o Vaccination againstrabies and infectious diseases of dogs,
o marking a microchip,
o Inserting data into a central database,

o treatment of ill dogs,
o Control of dogs condition and health
o communication with the organization for protecting animals,
supervisors, citizens and all institutions involved in the
problem of stray dogs.
- Since 2010 I gotauthorization to perform inspection tasks such as
veterinary control of animals in domestic trade and veterinary
inspection of vehicles used for the transportof animals in domestic
trade.
- November 2014-2016 , work in „JKP Nas dom“ which is communal
public company as chief of the zoohygienic service. On that workplace
I managed the job of catching stray dogs and their care in shelter,
neutering and spaying , cure them and care for their welfare,
socialization and adoption.
- My field of interest are shelter medicine, welfareof stray animals and
skin diseases.
