JMK INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION was incorporated
in the Philippines on December 11, 1998, and duly licensed
by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration
(POEA) with License No. POEA-261-LB-121510-R to deploy
Filipino Overseas Performing Artists for overseas
employment in Japan, with its main office at Unit 3 & 4, ESC
Building, 153 San Francisco St., Mandaluyong City, Metro
Manila, Philippines. Owned and managed by Capt. Rommel
T. Gacutan MM. It is an active member of the Philippine
Association of Service Exporters Inc. (PASEI) an elite
organization of reliable and reputable manpower recruitment
agencies.
Through the years, JMK has grown to be a large and highly
respected agency for deploying Filipino Overseas

14. How to recruit workers from the Philippines ?
Regulation of the POEA requires all companies intending to recruit
must be registered with the POEA under the umbrella of the local
recruitment agency.
Foreign employment agencies / companies are allowed to recruit
Filipino workers only if they are accredited by the Philippine
Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). Accreditation
documents listed below are verified and authenticated at the
embassy prior to submission to POEA by the counterpart POEA
licensed agency.
1. SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY (SPA)
- This document should be accomplished by the foreign Principal for its
legal representative in the Philippines (Recruitment Agency) for the
purpose of recruitment of Filipino workers. It must be verified by
Philippine Embassy.
2. MANPOWER REQUEST/JOB ORDER (MR/JO)
- This document specifies the number of workers needed, categories,
salary offer and other remuneration package. It should be signed by
authorized signatory/representative and duly verified by the Philippine
Embassy.
3. RECRUITMENT AGREEMENT
- This document is the agreement binding the Foreign Principal and its
legal representative in the Philippines
4. SAMPLE MODEL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
- The POEA format Master Employment Contract with affixed signature of
the authorize signatory/representative should be accomplished by the
foreign Principal together with the following:
a. Certified copy of Foreign Principal’s valid Business License
b. Copy of Valid Identification of the authorized signatory
NOTE : Upon release of the above documents kindly send all original
copies via courier for us to immediately facilitate your
registration/accreditation to POEA. Soon after the approval of your
accreditation we can start the mobilization of your selected workers
