BE A HERETIC Don’t be afraid of opinions or ideas at variance with those generally accepted as authoritative There is an enormous danger in viewing what’s changing through the lens of what already is. Familiarity is the enemy
ASK QUESTIONS Why? And then what? What if?
EMBRACE THE FUTURE ,[object Object],If you are unable to think differently the future will  always arrive as a surprise.

BE A DAREDEVIL If you insist on being incontrovertibly right, you will never be new.  It’s that simple.  The fear of being wrong is so strong that many people and organizations don’t search for new direction.
GO TO EXTREMES Pick a performance parameter, push it to the extremes, and ask, WHY NOT?
BE AN ACTIVIST Become an activist – not a wild-eyed revolutionary, bent on destroying your organization’s existing culture and values – but rather a positive force for change, supporting your organization’s core values while also building a convincing case for concept innovation.
