“Division’s goals”??? ….Well, whatever that means... God only
knows.
Let’s hope these “goals” are never doubted as anything but…
honourable.

Upon reflexion, this “Short Term” performance award (with
“lasting effects”, Management might have conceded) must
have been for shaking off the Luddite reflex, embracing
technology regardless of personal risks, and, hoping that
faster turn around times would bring more business, through
setting up and bringing up to useable standard an automated
translation system for client engineers’ quick perusal access
to Japanese language 3G specifications and research papers.
