TheArchitecturalConsultant'sarchitecturalservicesontheabovetemplateshavebeendesignedwith
dueprofessionalregardtothefollowing;

(BQSH)2008exceptforICTrequirementswhichhavebeenbasedonspecificbriefrequirements.
4.ProjectdirectionsprovidedbytheStatethoughconsultantsmeetingsorviawrittencorrespondence.
TheArchitecturalConsultant'sstructuraldesigntemplatedocumentationistoaprofessionaldesign
standardsuitableforTenderingoftheworks.Thisdocumentation,whichincludesdrawingsand
calculations,isintendedtobegenericandtakesnoaccountofsitespecificissues.Insofarasis
reasonablypossiblewithoutreferencetositematters,thisdesigndocumentationhasthusfarbeen
preparedinaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheBCA2008,andrelevantstructuralAustralian
Standardsreferencedtherein.

TheStateappointedprojectresponsiblebuildingsurveyorwillberesponsibleforallaspectsofthe
buildingcertification,includingtemplatedesign.Thetemplatedesigndocumentationisbasedonprincipal
buildingstandardsinVictoriaandtheBuildingCodeofAustralia2008edition(BCA).Thebuilding
templateshavebeenassessedtobuildingregulationlimitedtothegenericdesignsdocumented.Local
siteconditionswilldictatefurtherregulatorycompliancereview.
PrescribedreportingauthoritiesandmattersdefinedunderBuildingRegulation308havenotbeen
consideredatthisstageprimarilyduetothedesigncomplianceoftheserelatingtositespecific

localwaterauthorityrequirementshavenotbeentakenintoaccount.However,thedesigndoes,byits

3.TheuseroftheDocuments:

(b)mustcarryoutallrelevantinvestigations,examine,acquaintthemselvesandformtheirownopinion

4.Tothemaximumextentpermittedbylaw,theArchitecturalConsultantsacceptnoliabilityinrespect
of,andtheuserreleasesandindemnifiestheArchitecturalConsultantsandeachofthemfromand
against,anycosts,expenses,losses,liability,claimsordamagesincurredorsufferedbyanypersonas
aresultoftheuseoftheDocuments.
SCHEDULE
TheArchitecturalConsultant'sarchitecturalservicesontheabovetemplateshavebeendesignedwith
dueprofessionalregardtothefollowing;

TheArchitecturalConsultant'sstructuraldesigntemplatedocumentationistoaprofessionaldesign
standardsuitableforTenderingoftheworks.Thisdocumentation,whichincludesdrawingsand
calculations,isintendedtobegenericandtakesnoaccountofsitespecificissues.Insofarasis
reasonablypossiblewithoutreferencetositematters,thisdesigndocumentationhasthusfarbeen
preparedinaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheBCA2008,andrelevantstructuralAustralian
Standardsreferencedtherein.
TheStateappointedsitestructuralengineerinheritingaTemplatedesignwillberesponsibleforthe
assessmentofallsitespecificmatters;thesubsequentmodificationandcompletionofthestructural
designanddocumentationtoastandardsuitableforConstruction;andthestructuralCertificationof
thecompletedsitespecificdesign.
TheStateappointedprojectresponsiblebuildingsurveyorwillberesponsibleforallaspectsofthe
buildingcertification,includingtemplatedesign.Thetemplatedesigndocumentationisbasedonprincipal
buildingstandardsinVictoriaandtheBuildingCodeofAustralia2008edition(BCA).Thebuilding
templateshavebeenassessedtobuildingregulationlimitedtothegenericdesignsdocumented.Local
siteconditionswilldictatefurtherregulatorycompliancereview.
