Is there a clear professional profile of the in-company trainer of Building and Civil Works well as training programs tailored to their needs as such? METHODOLOGY: POPULATION AND SAMPLE 1) In-company trainers of allied professionals families (lack of direct informants)  2) Occupational Trainers  3) Responsible for training of construction company Specifically, the sample is composed of (see graph): 5 trainers : three of these occupational field trainers (60% of the sample) and two business mentors (40%) of related professional families of Building and Civil Works (Wood and furniture and maintenance and production services)  8 Responsible for training of construction company The In-Company trainer as a tutor. METHODOLOGY: DATA COLLECTION -Occupational Trainers:  direct, personal contact. Application form questionnaire group  -In-company trainers related families : contact reference schools. Personal interview  -Responsible for training of construction companies : a database through the Construction Education Foundation Navarra.
