the global network of startups and
mentors of the Founder Institute. We help
entrepreneurs launch meaningful and
enduring technology companies.
We aims to improve the rate of startup
success by providing high-potential
entrepreneurs with expert training, critical
objective feedback, and peer support.

9. The Jakarta Founder Institute’s Inaugural
Semester was started last October 2011
with 132 applicants, 43 of them were
accepted to the program (32.5%).
After our 4-month extensive mentorship
program, we graduated 13 founders who
are currently working to build 8 new
technology companies in various
industries (mobile, health, education, e-
commerce, social network, socially
responsible investing, and crowd
funding).

directors for bringing the Founder
Institute to Jakarta.”
Our Graduation Day was attended by +200 parties from startup ecosystem
and supporters, media, vendors, incubators, and ventures.
