This document discusses the evolution of user experience (UX) at SAP, the world's third largest software company. It describes SAP's efforts to harmonize and improve UX through three phases: initially harmonizing a global distributed UX team, then innovating with new UI models for different devices and trends, and most recently changing market perception by focusing on renewing key scenarios and enabling customer-grade UX for new applications. The current approach centers on frameworks, tools, and empowering product owners to prioritize excellent UX.
