USA Gymnastics is pleased to host the 2014 Junior Pan American Championships and Freedom Cup and offers the following

Junior Pan American Championships: Gymnasts from PAGU affiliated federations in good
standing with the FIG and PAGU may participate.
Freedom Cup: This is an invitational competition for age group Trampoline, Tumbling, Double
Mini and senior level Rhythmic athletes.
The accreditation system identifies individuals participating in the event and indicates that these
individuals are permitted access. There will be access control at entrance to each area. All
participants are required to wear their accreditation at all times in the competition venue.
Heads of Delegation are required to verify the names of their entire delegation, present FIG
licenses for their athletes, present proof of insurance, hand in their national anthem and
national flag and pay any outstanding amounts due to the Organizing Committee at registration
prior to receiving the delegation’s credentials.
All competitors are required to have a valid license issued by the FIG. The license must be
presented at accreditation

2014 Freedom Cup:
• Rhythmic Athletes fees per athlete: $75 registration
• Trampoline, Tumbling, Double Mini fees per athlete: $75 for the first event;
$50 each additional event

For PAGU countries, the judge(s) can be the same for both competitions.
Charge for additional persons (Coaches, team leader, doctors, therapists and guests)

A FIG Sanction has been applied for the Junior Pan American Championships and Freedom Cup.

3. JUDGES
PROVISIONAL
SCHEDULE
Each participating country is required to provide at least 1 judge per disciplined entered.
Judges must have a FIG brevet. In order to have an adequate number of qualified judges for the
competition, countries are encouraged to bring more than the required number, with no limit to
the number of judges per country. Judges may be assigned to Junior Pan American
Championships and Freedom Cup.

Travel Package:
This cost includes hotel accommodations, 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and airport
transportation to and from (Daytona Beach (DAB) or Orlando (MCO)) and closing party. Hotels
are within walking distance to the competition/training venue.

Double Room (2 people per room): $110 US per person/per day
King Room (1 person per room): $170 US per day.
The closing party will be held Sunday, May 11th from 9:30pm – 12:00am at TBD. The banquet is
included in the Travel Package for the members of the delegation. A limited number of
additional closing party tickets may be purchased for TBD per person.

Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your
country if a visa is required for your travel to the United States. The Organizing Committee will
be happy to assist each Delegation member with an official invitation letter, provided that the
request is made before February 10, 2014 to the OC. The request must include the function, full
name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival
and departure dates of the delegation members.

Host will provide Certified Athletic Trainers at all training and competition sessions.
The Organizing Committee (OC) will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members
(e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy). Delegation members with insufficient
insurance cover must inform the OC in advance. The OC will subsequently offer insurance at the
Federations own charge as follows: $25USD per person/day.
