R. Wayne Hicks is the executive director for the BDPA Education & Technology Foundation (BETF), the non-profit fundraising arm for a national IT association. He owns Hicks Enterprises, a consulting firm based in Cincinnati, that focuses on Internet online marketing, leadership consultation and product sales. He served as president/CEO of the Cincinnati Business Incubator (CBI) from 2003-2008. Under his leadership, CBI has more than tripled its corporate clients while promoting economic development and job creation throughout the community.
