HI, I’m in Quibdó city, where there are some many people that are obese and
undernourished.
I have some advice for get a good health.
First of all, I going to talk about what are the best foods for our health, that you can
include in your diet.
Vegetables like…. Peas, lettuce, pepper, carrot and broccoli
Fruits…. it is better to eat some peace of fruits before each food like: mango,
pineapple, pear, apple and peach.
Milk… it is an excellent source of calcium, potassium and vitamin D; this help in the
formation of the healthy bones.
Also, it is necessary to do exercise half hour every day to avoid heart attack in your
family.
