Background  Morgan Tire & Auto dba Tires Plus Inc. serves a substantial customer base with 31 locations in Greater Cincinnati Inability to service some types of vehicles is impeding business growth Purchasing new equipment is costly but necessary to maintain market share and quality of service New equipment will expand business opportunities for the company  “Garage claims” i.e. damage claims will be greatly reduced through the implementation of a new purchasing program
Topic Problem: Current equipment is incapable of servicing some types of vehicles This circumstance limits potential customer base Claims made as a result of vehicle damage are costly, and can be minimized Solution Purchase equipment that is capable of servicing ALL passenger vehicles
