This document outlines the plan for a comic series called "A Loonatic's Tale" to be distributed by "The Source". It will target comic readers interested in comedy. It must include the Zibaricon logo, be available online and in print weekly with an ongoing story. The artist is Rebecca Burg and writers include Rick Fortner.
