Chocolate Chip Cookies ***3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar ***3/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar ***1 Cup Softened Butter ***1 Egg ***2 ¼ Cups of All Purpose Flour ***1 teaspoon Baking Soda ***1/2 teaspoon Salt ***1 Package of Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips ***1 Cup Coarsely Chopped Nuts (optional) Step 1. Heat Oven to 375 degrees Step 2. Mix all ingredients Step 3. Scoop out dough onto paper Step 4. Roll into a cylinder shape Step 5. Slice into even pieces Step 6. Place onto cookie sheet Step 7. Bake for 8-10 minutes Step 8. Using Oven Mitts take out Step9. Cool on wire rack for 1 min. Step 10. Enjoy!
