3. Where to start? First branch will be in Saudi Arabia Other branches will be opened with the expansion of business

4. Specialty There are a lot of restaurants serving in fast food. Burger Boutique will serve as a specialized restaurant in Burgers and Italian food at the same time.

5. Finances Initially, I am planning to have it financed by my father In my absence, until my studies are complete, my family can take care of the restaurant After completing my studies, I’ll actively take part in running and managing the business

6. Management I’ve hired an Italian chef to manage the restaurant. He is a skilled chef and has a vast experience. He knows how much staff is needed and how to serve the food. He’ll also create some dishes for me as every chef has some secret recipies.

7. Design I am planning to have a good interior design so that customers feel good while sitting in my restaurant. Chef will be cooking in front of the customers so that they can: See him cooking Smell, hear the sounds of cooking Taste and see their meals

8. Self Service It will be an option and not a mandatory thing. If customers want to help chef cook their meals, they can do so. This way, they can be sure that their meals are healthy and hygienic.

9. Services Following services will be provided to customers: Dine in Take away Host a party Conference, etc.

10. Entertainment Customers can enjoy as much as they want in the restaurant. There will be a play area for the kids. There will be several contests by winning which customers can avail free meals, e.g. Someone who eats a 4 pound gigantic burger in less than 45 minutes can get three meals free.
