Skyway Mall of St. Pete launches 3,000 SF IT Training Center & Co-Working Space
Skyway Mall of St. Petersburg, located at 4301 34th Street South in St. Pete has established
a space for a new ITTraining Program and “Tech Incubator” close to the downtown area. The
total mall area consists of 87,000 SF which includes the 3,000 SFof space for the new Co-
working space and Training Center.
One of our Budget Offerings is an introductory rate of $29 /mo. for Office Rent.
Skyway Mall in conjunction with Reinventing America (an American Revitalization project) plan
to establish a Cloud Academy which will offer training in high demand occupations for Displaced
Workers, Veterans, Inner City Youth and Ex-Offenders in areas such as:
● Software Development Technologies
● Cloud computing technologies (via our SkyCloudTM offering)
● Healthcare Informatics (Health IT projects)
● Mobile Apps Development & BYOD Integration
● Green Technologies & Eco/Sustainability programs
The State of Florida Workforce Analysis Taskforce has identified a major need for training for
these occupations and we have plans to address these challenges. We are looking for media
exposure as well as support from the community for our efforts.
