- Apologies: I have some trouble with my left ear, so I did not sleep, I may be more rambling than usual. Second: This is a work in progress, I am writing a book, and this is just part of a chapter. I hope to be able to explain in more detail the ideas than what it came out in the paper.
- I always believe that mypowerpoints should have a lolcat and a Monty Python reference.
- I often finish presentations with this image, because it perfectly illustrates the regulatory dilemma. We may draft regulatory solutions for new technologies and Web 2.0, but unless we understand how people are using technologies, we are doomed to come up with regulation that is ignore by people.
