2. Deep Knee Bends and Deep Knee Bend Jumps
• Squat all the way down as if you were gong to sit on the floor, the
raise back up.
• To perform a deep knee bend jump, you would squat all the way
down as if you were to sit down on the floor and then explode up into
a jump.

3. Calf Raises and Calf Raises with Weights
• Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
• Then raise your heels up while balancing on the balls of your feet.
• I recommend you start off doing 4 sets of 20.
• You add more reps each day or you can attempt doing one-legged calf
raises.
• You can use 10-20 pound dumbbells for more resistance.

4. Maximum Height Jumps
• Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and then jump as high as
you can in the air with good form.
• I recommend you do 4 sets of 10.
• If you feel yourself getting fatigued, then lower the reps.
• You should be exploding up and jumping as high as you can.
• Do not perform this exercise until failure.
• The idea is to get as high as you can without fatigue.
