Pinnawala - which is a home to about 60 Elephants found abandoned or orphaned in the wild. Also, accompany the Elephants to a river
close by to see them having their daily baths.

Walkers Tours will process all ground reservations including accommodation as requested by the Tour Operator. The hotel rates and
their terms and conditions are given in the Hotel Rate Schedule and form an integral part of this document. All bookings must be
received with the following information at the time of confirmation to ensure accurate reservation of services.

• Children names with ages E.g. SMITH/CS (09 years)
• Arrival flight details E.g.ZZ000 01NOV00 LON/CMB 09.00/13.10 Hrs

INSURANCE
All vehicles used by Walkers Tours are insured in accordance with local regulations. However, clients are well advised to obtain
personal baggage and accident insurance cover.
COVERAGE & ACCEPTANCE
All quotations prepared by Walkers Tours are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated above whether they are included in the
quotations or not. These terms and conditions supersede all previously issued. The right to amend or alter any of the conditions
herein from time to time at its sole discretion of Walkers Tours
IMMIGRATION
SAARC country nationalities are issued with a 30 day visa which should be applied for prior to arrival at Colombo International Airport
via http://www.eta.gov.lk/slvisa/, providing the traveler is holding a valid passport of their country, Return air-ticket and Hotel
Accommodation voucher.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Within 7 days before the actual arrival/tour start date : full payment of the agreed rate.
• Within 14 days before the actual arrival/tour start date : 50% payment of the agreed rate.
Peak period from 20 Dec 2013 - 15 Jan 2013 – NOT APPLICABLE FOR SUMMER
• Within 30 days before the actual arrival/tour start date : full payment of the agreed rate.
Any special requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
GUEST SAFETY POLICY
All guests should be informed only to communicate with Walkers Tours. Or it’s authorized representative at all times while on tour.
Failure to comply WTL shall not be responsible for any losses or damages to individuals or properties.
TOBACCO AND WINES/SPIRITS POLICY
Tobacco [including international brands] is not available for sale at the arrival lobby of the Colombo airport. However is freely available
at all retail shops in Sri Lanka.
Wines and spirits are available at the arrival duty free shops. Sales of wines and spirits will be strictly prohibited during all ‘Poya’ Day
[Buddhist] holiday which falls on every month. Consumption of wines and spirits too will not be permitted at public areas within the
hotels also during this time. However guests are permitted to consume their own wines and spirits inside the rooms.
