13. 6. Holds and recalls If all of the copies of a book are checked out you can request a hold. Look for the button on the catalogue record. Holds can be collected from the Self-collection Holdshelf in the Short Loan area. When a request is placed all copies of the book will be recalled. This will change the due date of the book. You will be emailed with a new due date, this will be 7 days after the request was placed.
