* How accessible is a particular technology for learners?
Mobile learning can be access it anywhere and anytime with internet connection. Content
can be also access it and share it easily.
* How flexible is it for a particular target group?
It is very flexible in term of size, shape and weight and can be used for different learning
objectives and learners styles.
Cost:
* What is the cost structure of each technology?
M_learning is expensive because of wireless connections, bandwidth, cost of software,
maintenance, technical support, power supply and the creating of the content
* What is the unit cost per student?
AC (N) =F/N+V. 5000/30+2500=2666. For one month.
* What are the opportunity costs vs. other technology choices?
It is expensive compared with other DE technologies like television and printed materials.
On the other hand, it is low cost when compare it with video conferencing.
Teaching and learning:
* What kinds of learning are needed?
It is suitable for individual, collaborative and self learning.
* What instructional approaches will best meet these needs?
Lecturing, blended learning, class management, prodcasting, lifelong learning and self
learning.
* What are the best technologies for supporting teaching and learning in this
environment?
Mobile phones, e-books, Handheld audio and multimedia, Personal Digital Assistant,
Tablet PC, camera phone, smart phone, Wi-Fi, modern gaming consoles and Personal
media players.

Yes, it can be adapted easily in different formats.

It develops different skills like: Communication, listening, reading, writing, problem
solving, self confidence, collaboration.

* What kind of interaction does this technology enable?
It enable student-student, student-teacher, student-machine, student-content interaction.
The interaction also can be synchronous and asynchronous.
* How easy is it to use and learn?
It is very familiar technology and it is easy to use either for beginners or professional
people.
Organizational Issues:
* What are the organizational requirements to provide stability and support?
Organizational requirements are: technical support, maintenance, financial support,
network infrastructure.
* What are the barriers to using this technology successfully within the institution?
The barriers are: limited memory, screen size, connectivity and battery life, content
security and risk of sudden obsolescence.
* What changes need to be made within the organization to incorporate the technology?
Provide all the necessary supports and train the staff to best use this technology and
provide wireless connection.
Novelty:
* How new is the technology?
It is seems new and novel compared with other DE technologies. It is also develop new
features that make it novel like: touch screen, wireless connection and big screen.

3GP for compression and delivery method of audiovisual content, GPRS mobile data
service, Wi-Fi gives access to instructors and resources via internet, Cloud computing for
storing and sharing files.
Speed:
* How quickly can courses be created and distributed with this technology?
The m-learning materials need more time to be created and designed but it can be
distributed quickly.
* How quickly can materials be changed?
It can be changed, modified and updated easily and quickly every day.
