Shree Madhya Bharat Hindi Sahitya Samiti, Indore is one of the oldest institution of the country which is working with a mission to promote the Indian languages, literature, art, culture and education. Samiti was established in the year 1910 by the inspiration of Hon. Gandhiji.In year 1918 Gandhiji came to the samiti and very first time announced that Hindi Should be the National Language of the country. He also send his son Devdatt Gandhi with 4 other people as a Hindi ambassador to madras to promote the Hindi there.
