7. 1. In autumn we cut quince from trees We use
quince to make spoon sweets. It is the most
popular traditionaL treat in Greek homes . We
offer it to a visitor as a sweet welcome .
When it is served it usuaLLy fills a teaspoon .
8. 1,5 kilo quince 2 TB Lemon juice
4,5 cups water 2 kg sugar 2 geranium

baked apples ) and make them into
marmalade.
