Well-qualified professional with more than 10 years of water resources project management, river basin planning, stakeholder management, Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM),　project risk management, flood hazard mapping and project failure analysis. Multi-year of research has focused on analysis of water management policies, analysis of stakeholder mental models for strategies and application of decision/ policy for water resources management and for environmental policy analysis, and multi-stakeholder risk management process.
