and Demeter.

Represents her function as the
personification of vegetation, which shoots
forth in spring and withdraws into the earth
after harvest; hence, she is also associated
with spring as well as the fertility of
vegetation.

εὐφορία, from εὖ eu, "well", and φέρω pherō,
"to bear") is recognized as a mental and
emotional condition in which a person
experiences intense feelings of well-being,
elation, happiness, excitement and joy.

"power of enduring easily, fertility".

This is why there is so much of this relaxing
color on the earth, and why we need to keep
it that way.
