Sequence Model to help you improve the quality of your message and create a call of action
that has real impact on the information you’re presenting. Monroe’s model includes five key
steps: 1. Get Attention 2. Establish the Need 3. Satisfy the Need 4. Visualize the Future 5.
Action/Actualization. It’s a straightforward formula for success that’s been used time and
time again. For this assignment, you will prepare a speech that persuades your audience
about a topic of your choosing; your goal is to convince them of a particular point of
view.Students will collect information from credible research databases and select a
