- Intro - Hi, I'm Brian Canty, CEO cofounder of Ticktate We help concert promoters fill venues, through an easy-to-use mobile app, similar to HotelTonight for concerts.
- As someone that's been to over 500 concerts in my life, I know firsthand the pain points that concertgoers feel. The discovery process is fragmented, the tickets are overpriced and the purchase process sucks.
- Put simply, there's no easy way for fans to purchase discounted tickets to local concerts
- As a result of these issues, concert attendance is low. 50% of all tickets go unsold! 50% That's a $30 billion opportunity
- For promoters, there's no way for them to efficiently distribute this unsold inventory
- Ticktate solves these issues by making discovery easy for the fan
- Allowing the fans to save an average of 20% per ticket
- And allowing fans to purchase in under 30 seconds.
- Music fans in SF/NY/LA have responded. Last month we did $25k in sales and have been growing 31% monthly since December
- But the most amazing part about our userbase is how engaged the fans are. More than 50% of our revenues come from secondary purchases, and the average fan on our platform is going to over 15 concerts per year. We are the way that millennials in SF/NY/LA purchase concert tickets. I know this phrase is overused in Silicon Valley, but our team is a group of rockstars.
