specialized levels. New entrants are put through induction and basic training
schedules and then undergo ongoing specialized training and supervisory
training is imparted where required.
7Wings Security Services. has a fully fledged training academy which
accommodates 50 personnel at any given time apart from providing full trained
uniformed guards , we also have our presence in the field of security system,
Investigation, facility management , security survey, security Audits and Event
Security for concerts, exhibition and AGM’S etc.

4. QUOTATION (based on up gov.guidelines)
We M/s 7 Wings Security Services hereby offer to undertake the Security and placement
assignment at your site as per the following terms and rates.
CHARGES:

TERMS & CONDITIONS.
1. The above mentioned rate are for 08 hrs and 12 hrs basis as per minimum wages.
2. Service Tax as applicable will be charged extra on the bill amount.
3. The above mentiond rates are for the Month.
4. Leave Salaries, Provident fund and other benefits to the personnel will be taken care by us , in
the proposed. Rate cost is included.
5. The Staff will wear a uniform, which is provided by us to our staff members.
6. Our personnel shall be under your administrative control and will perform duties as per
instructions.
7. The security staff will have full right to check any staff or visitor in case of any doubts.
8. Only one person will issue the instruction to the Staff from the Organization and the guards will
report to the same, the letter of appointment of such person should be handed over to security
staff on the day of joining or at the time of issuing a letter of commencement of job.
9. If required the security will maintain the staff attendance, movement, visitors, stock in-out
registers, Materials Register at the Premises on the prescribed format, if required other required
registers may be taken care of.
10. The rates are valid for 45 days from the date of proposal.
11. Proper communication facilities in the Guard Cabin to be made available for better
response in shortest time.
12. A Minimum 15 day’s lead-time will be provided for selection, training and deployment of
security personnel.
13. The Agreed party will not employ any of our staff members directly or indirectly even after the
contract ends for the period of one year.
14. The contract will be for One Year.
15. The contract will be subject to termination on either side by giving one-month advance notice.
16. The charges for hiring the personnel should be paid to M/s Seven Wings Security Guard
Services through cheque or draft latest by seventh of month.
Please note these terms are merely the basis of comprehensive contract to be worked upon.
