• The target gender of my magazine is females. I
have chosen this because my magazine will be
pink and purple and that will attract females
more than males.

3. Age
• The target age for my magazine is 14. I have
chosen to aim my magazine at young teenage
girls as a pop magazine is what teenage girls
are interested in and the images and text in
the magazine will be specific to there age.

4. Social class
• The target class of my magazine will be
working class. I have chosen this because
people that read my magazine will aspire to
be like the people in it and working class
people will be more likely to aspire to be a
celebrity that a high class teenager as they will
be likely to become a doctor or another high
class job.

5. Common interests
• The common interests of my target audience
will be the bright colours used, the fashion of
the celebrities they aspire to be like, the
artists on the cover and inside the magazine
and the stories inside.
