As you have heard in the introductory remarks, the reason for the technology component of the Every Day Counts Initiative is quite evident. It takes too long for our industry to assess and implement technologies and innovations. The challenges that we faced on a daily basis include:Changing business practices;Transitioning from a design system to other processes; andThe costs and workforce issues of changing construction processes.
